Uploaded by the author, Computer Problem Reporter (CPR) is a multiuser software tool that is used to monitor computer software and/or hardware problems. The problems are categorized so you can effortlessly display how similar problems were previously resolved within your organization. Individual problems can be reviewed in detail or multiple problems can be listed in a window for review and analysis. CPR has extensive reporting capabilities. There are 13 different reports which are generated based upon criteria that you specify. The name of your company/organization name is recorded in CPR so that the reports titles specify your company/organization name.
CPR can also be used to track the personnel resolving the problems. It keeps track of who the problems are assigned to, and who resolves the problems. In addition CPR includes graphical representations of the percentage of resolved vs unresolved problems. as well as who resolves the most problems in your organization.
